Blog #5 Time Capsule

If I could chose any item from the 21st century to put into a time capsule,I would put in a photo album filled with pictures of my life and American culture. I think it's extremely important to be able to preserve the things of the past, and by keeping these photos for so long, future generations could learn about what life was like back in the 21st century. Pictures can capture significant moments and wonderful memories, that can be shared and learned from for many years to come. It's fun to compare the past to the present, and really think and reflect about how much things truly have changed, like technology and clothing.

Reflection: The past two weeks have been pretty busy and action-packed, with tons of school work and soccer practice. Tonight, I have the Anderson Speech & Debate Showcase that I am performing in. I have been working strenously and without rest on this 3 minute introduction. Just kidding, but really, it is going to be pretty spectacular. There will be streamers...and running through the aisles of the auditorium.,.,.but that is all that can be said at this time. The end of the 6 weeks is coming up, so I know there is a loooot of work to come, so I am preparing by doing homework now..(why else would I be writing this blog at 11 on Saturday morning...)That is all.

  2. I think picture albums from a long time ago would be really fun to look at. How did the showcase go? I bought a ticket but couldn't come...
